Am Found Cafe is a new cafe that located in Sunsuria Forum Setia Alam. Here are the interior photos of the cafe. I love the ambiance there with the touch of rustic and coziness.
Sambalnara
It's supposed to be sambal carbonara but it honestly didn't taste like it. The sambal was underwhelming. It was spicy but didn't taste like sambal to me. Also, throwing sausages into the dish feels like a very half-hearted dish which i can just cook at home instead.
Salmon Miso Rice & Hojicha Latte
Luckily, the salmon miso rice did not disappoint me. The salmon cooked with thick gravy/broth before so it was quite an interesting take. While the broth looks creamy, it was quite lightly flavoured and it pairs really nicely with the rice, mushroom and broccoli.
As for the Hojicha latte, the burnt taste from the Hojicha was strong which taste is quite good for me.
