Entier French Dining @ Alila Bangsar




Entier French Dining is located high up on the 41st floor of Alila Bangsar. Entier (French for 'complete') is an eyrie for offal enthusiasts, with Japanese chef Masashi Horiuchi leading the charge for liver-loving recipes that seek to win hearts and embody the marrow of contemporary French-inflected cooking.

I've visited Entier French Dining on a weekday. I've tried out their Lunch Menu which is affordably priced and every dishes were very appealing, garnished in a pretty and fancy way and taste wise.

Complimentary House-baked bread and kombu butter
These are really something you must try! The bread was served warm and it was soft and fluffy with crispy crust. How i wished they pack and sell their bread and kombu butter. 

STARTER


I had the seafood soup that punched with a spicy kick, you can even add in more chili oil provided if you find it not spicy enough.


MAIN

Chicken
Roast spring chicken, sweet corn, Sarawak black pepper sauce.

DESSERT

Dark Chocolate
Souffle, 70% single-origin Pahang chocolate.

Please save some space for desserts because the desserts are awesomely good, especially the blackforest and dark chocolate. The souffle was fluffy and rich with chocolaty taste.
